Summary

This study tests a small device that attaches to a shoe to measure walking patterns in healthy adults aged 65 and older. Twenty participants will walk on a mat and climb stairs with and without the device to see if it accurately tracks speed and gait. The goal is to refine the tool for future use in monitoring mobility and fall risk.
