Summary

This study aims to develop a simple, non-invasive brain imaging technique using light (fNIRS) to measure brain function in people with Fragile X Syndrome and Creatine Transporter Deficiency. Researchers will test if this method can detect unique brain activity patterns that could serve as biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment monitoring. The study involves 118 participants aged 5 to 35, including both males and females with these conditions.
