Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called OPK-88006 in healthy volunteers and people with MASH, a serious fatty liver condition. The main goals are to check safety, how the drug moves through the body, and early signs it might help the liver. About 30 participants will take the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces liver fat, stiffness, and enzymes.
