Summary
This research tests different ways to help opioid treatment programs keep patients in care longer. The study will compare two quality improvement approaches—providing clinics with performance data and improvement tools, with or without extra coaching—against usual care practices. Researchers will measure whether these approaches help more patients stay in treatment for at least 90 days, which is linked to better recovery outcomes.
