Summary

This study aimed to understand how opioid withdrawal and drug-related cues affect decision-making in people with opioid use disorder. Researchers used choice tasks to see if participants would pick riskier options when experiencing withdrawal or seeing drug cues. The study was terminated early after enrolling only 2 participants.
