Can quitting opioids fix your swallowing?

Summary

This study is testing whether stopping opioid pain medications can resolve swallowing problems and chest pain caused by those medications. Researchers are enrolling 26 people who are already planning to stop opioids through a rehabilitation program. They will check if esophageal function improves after opioid cessation.
