Summary
This study compares two surgical methods for right-sided colon cancer: open surgery and laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery. The goal is to see which approach leads to less pain, fewer complications, and a faster recovery, while still being equally effective at removing the cancer. Researchers will also collect tumor and blood samples to better understand the disease and improve future treatment decisions.
