This study compares two surgical methods for fixing a broken hip (femoral neck fracture) using a dynamic hip screw. In one method, the surgeon makes a larger cut to see the bone directly (open reduction); in the other, the bone is aligned without a large cut (closed reduction). The study will check how well the bone heals and how the hip works afterward. Only 3 people took part, so the results are very limited.
