Summary

This study tests a drug called ONO-4538 in 14 people with Richter's transformation, a rare and aggressive blood cancer that can develop from chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and help people live longer. Participants must have a specific type of Richter's and be in fairly good health.
