New hope for rare brain disorder: experimental drug ONO-2808 enters key trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ONO-2808 in 92 people with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and serious brain disorder that affects movement and body functions. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. Participants will receive either ONO-2808 or a placebo, and later all can receive the real drug. This is the first time ONO-2808 is being tested in MSA patients.
