First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests a new medicine called ONO-1110 to see if it can safely reduce pain in people with postherpetic neuralgia, a type of nerve pain that lasts months after a shingles rash heals. About 140 Japanese adults with persistent pain for at least 3 months will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to measure changes in average pain scores over 8 weeks.
