Summary
This study tested if tailored online writing exercises could help sexual minority women, transgender, and nonbinary people who have experienced trauma and struggle with heavy drinking. 131 participants completed the program. The goal was to see if these writing exercises could reduce PTSD symptoms and risky drinking habits.
