Can online therapy match In-Person care for addiction recovery?
NCT ID NCT07310511
Summary
This study tests whether a specialized therapy called Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps people with addiction and emotional regulation problems. It will compare two ways of delivering the therapy—traditional in-person groups and an online video-based format—against usual treatment. The goal is to see if these approaches, especially the more accessible online version, can effectively improve emotional control and reduce addictive behaviors.
