Summary
This study aims to find out if online or group physical therapy is as effective as traditional one-on-one sessions for treating jaw muscle pain and temporomandibular disorders. Researchers will enroll 90 adults with jaw pain to test these different delivery methods. The goal is to provide safe, effective treatment options that could reduce long wait times for patients.
