Digital therapy trial aims to help teens manage emotions
NCT ID NCT06067165
Summary
This study is testing an online therapy program called POET that helps teens (ages 12-17) learn to manage their emotions and improve mental health. Researchers will compare this digital program, which includes therapist support through online modules and video sessions, to standard care approaches. The goal is to see if learning better emotion-regulation skills reduces mental health symptoms and is cost-effective.
