Summary
This study tested whether an internet-based cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) program could reduce symptoms of stress-related disorders like adjustment disorder and exhaustion disorder (burnout). It involved 300 participants and compared the online CBT program to a standard, structured online treatment to see which was more effective. The goal was to see if this more accessible form of therapy could provide better relief from stress, burnout, and related symptoms.
