Summary

This study tested whether an internet-based version of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) could effectively reduce symptoms for people with stress-related disorders like adjustment disorder and exhaustion disorder. It involved 300 participants in Sweden and compared the online CBT program to another standard online treatment. The goal was to see if this more accessible form of therapy could help manage the symptoms of these common conditions.
