Can better sleep calm your anxiety? new online therapy trial investigates
NCT ID NCT06567210
Summary
This study is testing whether an online therapist-guided sleep improvement program can help reduce anxiety symptoms and improve sleep for adults with both chronic insomnia and anxiety. Researchers will compare two groups: one starting the program immediately and another starting after a two-month delay. Participants will track their sleep at home using wearable devices and complete some overnight sleep studies and brain scans to see how the therapy affects emotional processing.
