Can online therapy ease gut troubles and anxiety?
NCT ID NCT06887751
Summary
This study tested whether an online acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) program is practical and helpful for people with gut-brain interaction disorders (like IBS) who also have anxiety or depression. Thirty Swedish adults tried the self-guided online sessions and gave feedback through interviews and questionnaires. Researchers wanted to see if people found the program easy to use and acceptable, and if it showed early signs of helping with symptoms.
