Can a website cure your sleepless nights? new study tests online therapy
NCT ID NCT04300218
Summary
This study tested whether an internet-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy program (iCBT-I) could help people with chronic insomnia sleep better. It involved 107 patients in Moscow who were randomly assigned to either receive the online program plus their usual care, or just their usual care. The main goal was to see if the online program reduced insomnia severity and was a cost-effective treatment option.
