Can online therapy ease the mental burden of chronic illness?
NCT ID NCT07233980
Summary
This study is testing an online therapy program designed to help people with chronic physical health conditions manage their depression and anxiety. Researchers are offering a therapist-guided internet course to 260 Saskatchewan residents to see who benefits most and why. They will track factors like how severe symptoms are at the start, how much people use the program, and the quality of their connection with their therapist to understand what leads to improvement.
