Summary
This study tested an enhanced online therapy program for people who misuse alcohol. The program added personal stories from diverse patients and optional resources for common mental health issues like anxiety and depression. 205 adults from Saskatchewan took part to see if these additions improved engagement and outcomes. The goal was to help people reduce their drinking, not necessarily stop completely.
