Swedish researchers test Web-Based program to ease adult ADHD

Summary
This study is testing whether an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) program can help adults with ADHD. Two hundred participants in Sweden will be randomly assigned to either receive the 10-week online therapy program immediately or be placed on a waitlist. The main goal is to see if the program improves quality of life and reduces core ADHD symptoms, as well as associated anxiety, depression, and stress.
