Summary
This study tests an internet-based sleep program for public safety personnel (like police, firefighters, and paramedics) who have trouble sleeping. About 60 participants will learn skills to manage their sleep difficulties on their own. The goal is to see if the program helps improve sleep quality and reduces the impact of poor sleep on daily life.
