Summary

This study is testing a 10-week online program designed to improve sleep for adults aged 60+ who have insomnia and are worried about their memory. Researchers want to see if better sleep from the program also helps with anxiety, depression, and thinking skills like memory and focus. They will compare the online program to a simpler control program and also study a group of good sleepers for comparison.
