Summary

This study tested whether a personalized online program delivered through WeChat could help university students improve how they spend their day. Fifty students were randomly assigned to either receive the program, which gave them tailored feedback and support, or to continue their usual routines. The goal was to see if the program helped students develop healthier daily patterns of physical activity, sitting time, and sleep.
