Digital lifeline: online program aims to ease distress for breast cancer patients
NCT ID NCT07392424
Summary
This study is testing a six-month online support program designed to help women undergoing treatment for breast cancer. The program provides daily guidance on exercise, stress reduction, healthy habits, and social support through videos and emails. Researchers want to see if this program can reduce psychological distress and improve quality of life compared to standard care alone. About 160 women in Nova Scotia will be randomly assigned to start the program immediately or after a six-month wait.
