Summary

This study tested an online program called LEAF, designed to help family caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease. It taught them skills to manage stress and increase positive emotions. Researchers compared a live online group version to a self-guided version, and both to a control group, to see which method worked best for improving caregiver well-being.
