Summary
This study tested whether an online education program could teach husbands how to better support their pregnant wives in spotting potential pregnancy complications. 140 pregnant women and their husbands in Medan Maimun, Indonesia participated in a month-long program run by community health workers. The program used WhatsApp groups and online sessions to teach husbands about emotional, informational, and practical support for detecting high-risk pregnancies.
