Doctors test online parenting help to stop child behavior problems before they start

NCT ID NCT05111886

Summary

This study tested a new way to help parents prevent behavior problems in their young children. Researchers connected parents of 3-5 year olds with therapists for online video coaching, all through their regular pediatrician's office. The goal was to make proven parenting support more accessible and easier to use, hoping to stop issues like depression and conduct problems from developing later.
