Can a website and a fitness tracker help ease chronic pain?

NCT ID NCT06804239

Summary

This study tested whether adults with chronic pain get better results when they receive guidance on using online pain-management resources, compared to just having access to the resources. 99 participants used a fitness tracker and online tools for 8 weeks to see if guided support improved their activity, sleep, and pain levels. The goal was to learn if having a user guide and weekly reminders makes these online tools more helpful.
