Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week online mindfulness program could help reduce depressive symptoms and improve quality of life for university students. 69 students aged 18-25 with mild to severe depressive symptoms were randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or a mental health education group. The program involved short weekly lessons and exercises, aiming to provide a practical, accessible tool for students to manage their mood.
