Summary
This study tested whether an online insomnia treatment (SHUTi) could help heavy drinkers reduce alcohol use and improve sleep. 113 adults who binge drink weekly and have insomnia took part. The goal was to see if better sleep leads to less drinking, potentially preventing alcohol use disorder.
