Summary

This study tested whether an online service that provides personalized low-FODMAP diet menus and nutritional support could improve quality of life and symptoms for people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Forty French-speaking IBS patients used the web-based platform to follow the specialized diet for six months. Researchers measured changes in their quality of life, IBS symptom severity, and anxiety levels before, during, and after the program.
