Summary
This study tested whether an online health education program could improve the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of pregnant women in Indonesia regarding care during pregnancy, childbirth, and the first 1000 days of life. 108 third-trimester pregnant women took part, receiving eight online sessions and completing surveys before and after. The goal was to see if the program helped them better understand and manage their health and their baby's health.
