Live online workouts tested to fight loneliness and boost fitness in cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT07290309
Summary
This study is testing whether live, online group exercise classes are better than recorded videos at helping cancer survivors become more physically active. Researchers want to see if the live classes improve fitness, quality of life, and reduce feelings of loneliness. About 300 people who finished their main cancer treatment within the last five years will be randomly assigned to one of the two 12-week exercise programs.
