Summary

This study is testing an online training program called STELLA-R, designed to help family caregivers of people with dementia. The program teaches caregivers a practical method to understand and manage challenging behaviors like agitation or confusion. Researchers want to see if this self-guided online approach reduces caregiver stress and burnout for 238 participants across three states.
