Summary
This study is testing an online program called OurRelationship, designed to help veteran couples improve their relationship from home. The program combines self-paced online lessons with short video coaching sessions. Researchers want to see if this flexible, digital approach can reduce relationship distress and improve the mental health and quality of life for veterans and their partners.
