NCT ID NCT06597448
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 9-week online group therapy program, co-led by public health nurses and mothers who have recovered from postpartum depression, can reduce depression symptoms in new mothers. About 170 mothers in Ontario with an infant under 12 months and elevated depression scores will take part. The program is added to usual care, and researchers will measure symptom changes right after treatment and again 6 months later.
