NCT ID NCT05528224
First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a stepped-care internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) could help adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) as well as group therapy or standard medication. 46 adults in China took part, receiving one of three treatments for 6 weeks. The study was terminated early, so results are limited, but the goal was to see if online therapy is a cost-effective way to ease OCD symptoms.
