Summary

This study tested whether an online cognitive behavioral therapy program for insomnia (iCBT-I) works better than usual doctor care. It involved 107 adults with chronic insomnia in Moscow. Researchers compared the online program, which teaches sleep skills, to standard treatments patients might already be receiving.
