Summary

This study tested an online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program designed to lower stress and prevent mental health problems like depression, anxiety, and insomnia in health workers caring for COVID-19 patients. 156 healthcare workers participated, and the program aimed to reduce stress scores immediately and at 3- and 6-month follow-ups. The approach uses a proven therapy in a convenient online format to support those under high pressure.
