Summary
This study tested a brief, self-guided online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program designed for university students, researchers, and staff. Over four weeks, 35 participants completed short sessions four times per week. The goal was to see if the program was feasible, acceptable, and could improve emotional well-being. Results suggest this digital tool may be a helpful way to support mental health in academic settings.
