Lemon balm supplement tested for stress relief in new study
Symptom relief Not yet recruitingThis study tests a daily lemon balm supplement to see if it improves mood and reduces stress in healthy adults. 40 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 3 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in stress levels and a stress hormone called cortisol.
