Summary
This study compares two internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy programs for adults with generalized anxiety disorder. About 400 participants will receive one of two 10-week online treatments targeting either intolerance of uncertainty or negative beliefs about worry. The goal is to see which approach reduces anxiety more and whether the treatments work through the expected mental changes.
