Summary

This study tests whether an internet-based therapy program (ICBT) can help adults with generalized anxiety disorder or major depressive disorder. About 160 participants will either get their usual care or usual care plus an 8-week online course with 12 modules. The goal is to see if ICBT can reduce symptoms and make mental health treatment more convenient.
