Stanford tests online course to help parents boost Kids' communication
NCT ID NCT06523387
Summary
This study is testing whether an online training course can effectively teach parents of young children with autism a specific therapy technique called Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). Researchers want to see if parents can learn to use PRT correctly at home and if this leads to improvements in their child's communication skills. The study involves 44 families with children aged 2 to 6 who have significant communication challenges.
