Does picking your own online therapy make it work better?
NCT ID NCT07201844
Summary
This study investigates whether letting patients with generalized anxiety disorder choose between two types of online therapy leads to better outcomes than having a treatment randomly assigned. It also tests if a psychologist's prediction about which treatment will work best for a patient is accurate. About 440 participants will receive 10 weeks of therapist-supported online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
