Summary
This study tested a new online program (iACTforDGBI) for people with disorders of the gut-brain interaction, like IBS. 27 participants with gut issues and anxiety or depression tried the self-guided sessions and gave feedback. The goal was to see if the program is easy to use and helpful, not to measure a cure.
