Summary

This study tests a program called 'One All' that uses the sport Ultimate Frisbee to help young tribal people in South India build mental strength and resilience. About 240 teenagers will take part, and researchers will check their progress after 12 and 18 months. The goal is to see if this fun, team-based approach can improve their mental health and ability to handle life's challenges.
